Ready to hit the track? We took the traditional and made it EXCEPTIONAL. Upgrade your Polaris RZR 800 to RZR S 800 suspension with SuperATV’s 5” Long Tavel Kit. You get a 10” wider suspension width (60” total) and better clearance thanks to front and rear high-clearance A-arms. The result is a smooth, stable ride capable of serious performance no matter where you ride.

It’s built strong so you can push it harder than your stock machine which means more fun and better performance. With 12” of ground clearance and 12” of wheel travel, you can cruise right over whoops, jumps, and hills with maximum control. Get it with the stock wheelbase or a 1.5” front and rear offset (3” total) for increased front to back stability.
Installs Easily on your RZR 800
This kit comes with everything you need for quick easy install—we include everything to completely rebuild your UTV suspension apart from ball joints and A-arm bushings. That means you get A-arms, tie rods, axles, swaybar links and a sway bar, all built better than stock. So get loaded and get rolling.

We make Rhino Brand Axles with heavy-duty 4340 chromoly steel for superior strength and a longer fatigue life. We designed our CVs to eliminate a break-in period and give you higher articulation angles. Get lifted and ride with confidence knowing these Rhino Axles will take you through mud, dunes, and ditches.

If you’re like us, you like to keep that pedal pinned as much as possible. You’re the kind of rider we made Rhino 2.0 Axles for. They take your conversion kit to the next level with maximized components and hardened chromoly steel construction. The oversized CVs give you 40°+ articulation angles and the beefier shaft gives you unmatched strength. Altogether, they’re nearly twice as strong as the stock equivalent. Plus, they’re backed by an 18-month warranty.
