RackBoss 2.0: Designed to Let Your Maverick X3 Dominate
Your Maverick X3 is a beast, but even tough machines lose steering precision over time. At least that’s how it used to work before now. Meet SuperATV’s RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion for the Can-Am Maverick X3. It’s a smarter, stronger version of our original RackBoss. It cuts down wear by over 50% with our exclusive X24 dual-bushing technology. If you’re upgrading your suspension, running big tires, or pushing your ride to the edge, RackBoss 2.0 is the upgrade your X3 needs.
Built to Last with X24 Dual-Bushing Tech
RackBoss 2.0 uses our X24 Tech—two heavy-duty PTFE bushings that keep everything tight and locked in. They stop internal play and keep the rack gear and tension spring almost motionless. Plus, the flag where your rack connects to your rods is supported by three cam follower bearings to reduce wear and torsion even more. Stock rubs metal on metal with every turn. All that and two built-in grease fittings let you keep your steering smooth, ride after ride. It’s perfect for massive upgrades and extreme rides.
Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods
Want serious strength? Our solid steel bar tie rods are ready. They’re made from 1” thick steel bars and come with beefy 3/4” outer heim joints and tough, rebuildable inner tie rods. With 3/4” rod threads and 16 mm rack threads, this setup is made for hard hits and rough terrain. It’s what you need when you do all your talking with your lead foot.
Premium Billet Aluminum Hex Tie Rods
Want the strongest and best-looking tie rods around? Go billet. These hex tie rods are made from polished billet aluminum for max strength and head-turning style. They’re paired with heavy-duty tie rod ends using 3/4” rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. They look awesome, ride tough, and let you go full send without holding back.
Swaged Tube Tie Rods
We use ultra-strong swaged tube steel tie rods with our RackBoss 2.0. Each tie rod end comes with durable, high-strength heim joints and is designed with 16 mm threads for the rack and 14 mm threads for the rod. They’re built tough so they can stand up to whatever your Maverick X3 can handle.
